Layaway Shipping Methods Returns

GENERAL FIREARM SALES

All firearms, magazines, receivers and restricted law enforcement items are sold and shipped in accordance with all existing federal, state and local laws and regulations. Many of the firearms, magazines and parts for sale on this website may be restricted or prohibited in your area. Please check your local and state regulations before ordering.

All new firearms are shipped in the original manufacturer's box, with magazine(s), accessories and applicable warranty. Firearms sales are final. Firearms requiring warranty work must be returned to the factory within 1 year of purchase for repair. Accessories and special order items not normally sold by our store will not be covered under warranty even if these products are part of an integrated firearms package, unless we have guaranteed the entire package in writing. Please contact the original manufacturer for warranty information on all accessories and special order items.

PURCHASING FIREARMS ONLINE

It is illegal to ship firearms to anyone not holding an active Federal Firearms License (FFL). For that reason, firearms purchased online may picked up at our store or shipped to an FFL (gun store) near you. We may contact and verify the FFL you select during checkout before we ship your firearm(s). The buyer is encouraged to contact the receiving FFL licensee (local gun shop) before purchase.

90 DAY LAYAWAY PLAN

The layaway plan is very simple to use.  Just place your order online as you normally would, and select 'LAYAWAY' as your payment option during checkout. Upon receipt of your non refundable 20% deposit, we will secure your firearms(s) from our inventory and activate your 90 day Layaway Plan.

There are no fees during the first 30 days. A $10 fee will be added to layaway orders that remain open after this initial period. After 60 days, an additional $15 fee will be applied to your balance. During the Layaway period, you can either make multiple payments, or just make one final payment at the end, at which time we will ship your firearm(s). Customers are allowed 3 concurrent layaway orders at a time.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL YOUR LAYAWAY BE HELD LONGER THAN 90 DAYS.

If, after 90 days, we have not received payment in full, your Layaway Plan will automatically be canceled and any/all payments will NOT be refunded.

Items on a layaway cannot be changed once the 20% deposit has been received. If a layaway is cancelled prior to 90 days the 20% deposit will NOT be refunded.

CHANGING, MODIFYING, SUBSTITUTING ORDERS

We like to serve customers best as possible and we understand that mistakes can happen. If you have placed an existing order and want to change it we can help you with that. Modifying or changing your order will only be accepted for the first four (4) hours since order creation. Any changes after four (4) hours will require an order cancellation which is subject to our Returns and Canceled Orders policy below.

RETURNS & CANCELED ORDERS

All canceled orders will incur a service fee of:

• Unshipped order: 5% of the total order amount, or,
• Shipped/Partially shipped: 15% of the total order amount, or,
• Special Order (I.e. Already Ordered from our Supplier Network): 15% of the total order. 

As an alternative to the aforementioned service fee, the customer may elect to instead receive a refund in the form of a RED Team Armory gift card with a balance equal to the total refund amount of their order. Special Orders do not qualify for this gift card option.

Approved returned orders by the customer will be charged a 15% restocking fee from your total refund amount. Email support@redteamarmory.com to request a return.

All sales are final for firearms, NFA products, ammunition, illumination devices, and optics. 

Any approved return order that surpasses 21 days and we haven’t received the requested documents for your approved return order, then your order will be canceled, and funds returned minus the 15% restocking fee. 

An approved return or cancellation for an NFA product will incur a 35% restocking fee since we must void the approved ATF form 3 which may take several months for the ATF to process the void request and thus prevents RED Team Armory from selling the NFA product during this ATF processing period. No return or cancellation will be approved after shipment. 

Please note that we do not permit or approve the return of the following products: 

• Special orders and products that are custom configured to your specifications. 
• Products sold "as is" or "used" or that have been installed or used after receipt. 
• Firearms after they are transferred to the buyer, or customer. 
• NFA products after they are shipped to the dealer, buyer, or customer. 
  
• Illumination devices, electronic sights, optics, or night vision equipment.

Any product issue concerning a manufacturing defect must be handled between the consumer and the manufacturer via a warranty claim and/or RMA process. Please contact the manufacturer directly to resolve these issues. Upon request, our support team may assist with helping you contact the manufacturer.

ORDER FULLFILMENT

All orders are shipped promptly from a distributor warehouse or in-store inventory within 3 - 10 business days using UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Tracking numbers are available for items shipped via USPS, UPS and FedEx. Our Flat rate shipping policy only qualifies for the lower 48 states. We can ship to Alaska for an upcharge. We currently do not offer shipping to states outside the lower 48 and international. If an order is placed outside of the stated perimeters it will be cancelled and issued a restock fee. Orders cannot be processed and will be flagged as fraud if the billing and shipping address DO NOT match. Orders will then be replaced via gift card to place the order correctly. If an order is for a serialized item or firearm the system will dictate it as such and it will be sent to the chosen FFL. Please DO NOT put the FFL as the shipping address as there is a dedicated entry area for the FFL address during checkout.

• Insurance for the full order amount is purchased.
  
• Courier will reimburse RED Team Armory up to the full amount of the order. RED Team Armory will immediately ship the same product or refund you your order's total amount.
• Expedited & Insured
• Ships in 2-6 business days*
• Your order will be placed in the expedited queue and be processed with a priority above standard orders.
• The fastest shipping method that is covered by the amount paid for shipping will be selected.
• Insurance for the full order amount is purchased.
  
• Courier will reimburse RED Team Armory up to the full amount of the order. RED Team Armory will immediately ship the same product or refund you your order's total amount.
  

*EXCEPTION: NFA products will take longer to ship due to inherent delays that are a part of the process (E.g. FFL dealer document exchange and ATF Form 3 approvals).

SHIPPING INSURANCE

Without insurance, the courier will only reimburse up to $100. Insuring your order means if the courier loses the parcel, then we will refund or replace your order right away (assuming stock is available) rather than you having to deal with the courier to raise a claim and hope they accept it. 

AMMUNITION PURCHASES

You must be 18 or older to purchase rifle or shotgun ammunition and 21 or older to purchase handgun ammunition. All ammunition will be shipped ground with adult signature required and sales on these items are final. Always make sure to use the correct ammunition for your specific firearms. Check your local laws for any other regulations. Customers are responsible and must follow all local, state and federal laws. Please research before ordering if you are unsure about your local laws. Shipments to Illinois require you to send us a copy of your Firearm Owner’s Identification (FOID) card or your Concealed Carry License.

CONDITIONS OF USE

Use of the RED Team Armory website constitutes agreement to our terms of use. We encourage you to review the following information carefully.

AFFIDAVIT OF CUSTOMER

• I am not an unlawful user or addicted to any controlled substance.
• By selling or delivering ammunition to me, RED Team Armory is not violating any state or local law or ordinance.
• I have never been and I am not expected to be convicted in any court of a misdemeanor crime of domestic violence.
• I am not under indictment for and have never been convicted in any court of a crime punishable by imprisonment for over one year.
• I am not a fugitive from justice.
• I am currently not subject to a restraining order of any kind.
• I have not been adjudicated as a mental defective and I have not been committed to any mental institution.
• I am not an illegal or unlawful alien.
• I have never been and I am not expected to be discharged from the Armed Forces under dishonorable conditions.
• I am not currently less than twenty-one (18) years old.
• I have not renounced my U.S. citizenship.

INDEMNIFICATION AND AGREEMENT TO DEFEND

I fully agree that if any of my representations when making purchases under the Terms of Sale are incorrect or if I fail to comply with these Terms of Sale, then I will indemnify, defend, save harmless, and release .com and its owners, agents, officers, and employees against any civil liability or criminal prosecution resulting from my purchase from RED Team Armory.

I fully agree that by placing my order, I release RED Team Armory from any and all liability arising from or related to the products I purchased from RED Team Armory, including (but not limited to) my or anyone else use of the product, my or anyone else’s storage of the product, and my or anyone else’s handling or transportation of the product, and I agree to indemnify, defend, save harmless, and release RED Team Armory and its owners, agents, officers, and employees against any civil liability or criminal prosecution resulting from the products I purchased from RED Team Armory.

CLASS ACTION WAIVER

You expressly agree that any dispute resolution proceedings, including but not limited to, litigation, arbitration, and mediation, will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. By making this express agreement, you acknowledge and affirm that this is a knowing, voluntary, and permanent waiver of any right to bring federal, state, or local claims as any part of, or on behalf of, any class or any other individuals, before a court or other tribunal.

TRADEMARKS

RED Team Armory and other marks indicated on our site are trademarks owned exclusively by RED Team Armory. The use of these trademarks and trade dress is prohibited if used in connection with the sale of any product that is not RED Team Armory, in any manner that seeks to disparages or discredit RED Team Armory or in any manner that may cause confusion among our customers.

All content on this website is the exclusive property of RED Team Armory. Said content includes text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio and video clips, digital downloads, and software. Our content is protected by United States and international copyright laws and we reserve all rights contained therein. In case of dispute or infringement, we will rigorously defend our rights to this material.

PROTECTING YOUR ACCOUNT

Some portions of this website permit username and passwords to be used. You are responsible for protecting your unique username and password and you agree to be responsible for all activities performed under your user account.

By visiting RED Team Armory, you agree that the laws of the state, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Conditions of Use and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and RED Team Armory.

RED Team Armory reserves the right to modify, alter, delete and update these policies at any time we see fit. Such alterations do not nullify our rights if infringements or breaches occurred under a previous version of these conditions.
